- Well, Lawson was apparently the only vampire sired by souled-Angel. Hm, Holden Webster (sired by souled-Spike under First Evil hypnosis) showed no such conflict. —Tamfang 19:29, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
- No, but I hadn't thought about that issue before. In a way, though, Holden was rather unusual, as vampires go, and he did seem to seek out human connections with Buffy. I don't know if there is anything there. . . Riverbend 21:32, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, the point is made explicitly in the dialogue. Lawson accuses Angel of not "giving enough" at the siring, so that he is halfway between man and vampire, unable to take joy in acts of evil. It is then that Angel explains that Lawson is the only one he sired after getting his soul back. The implication is that this did make a difference. 66.241.73.241 05:20, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
