Description

Wholesale Stores. Front & Wellington Sts. at Church St. Toronto, Canada. See Image:Front and Church, Toronto, ON.JPG for 2007 view of same intersection. The building is the centre of the photo was known as the "Coffin Block".

Date

The Archives attribute the photo to 1885-1895. However, the Coffin Block was replaced by the Gooderham Building in 1892, so the photo likely dates to the 1880s.
