Bold text but like what does the symbols mean like the boxes e.g. the triangle , diamond , and octagon ?¿

The triangle, diamond & octagon are associated with CCCR labels (Canadian Consumer & Chemical Regulations). The WHMIS symbols are always in circles (WHMIS is for the WORKPLACE).
