Whitesboro Independent School District is a public school district based in Whitesboro, Texas (USA).
Located in northwestern Grayson County, the district extends into northeastern portions of Cooke County.

- Hayes Primary (Grades K-2)
- Whitesboro Intermediate (Grades 3-5)
- Whitesboro Middle (Grades 6-8)
- Whitesboro High (Grades 9-12)
- Whitesboro High has, according to Texasfootball.com, the longest period of non-appearance in the UIL football playoffs of any 11-man football program in any classification; it has never appeared in a playoff game since the program began in 1936.
