The whitesaddled catshark, Scyliorhinus hesperius, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found on the upper continental slope of the western central Atlantic from Honduras, Panama, and Colombia between latitudes 22° N and 9° N, at depths of between 275 and 460 m. Its length is up to 47 cm.
Reproduction is oviparous.
