A White Knight is a chocolate mint flavoured confectionery bar sold in Australia, manufactured by Nestle. The packaging is blue and features a picture of a knight. Its slogan is 'Mighty Mint Chew'.
The 25 gram bar is composed of a white, minty center coated in chocolate. In one bar, there is less than 1 gram of protein but 18.4 grams of sugar and 3.3 grams of saturated fat, giving a total energy boost of 450 kJ.
