White Dwarf is a DC Comics fictional character created by Dan Jurgens, and first appeared in New Teen Titans Annual #1

White Dwarf is a member of an Interplanetary superteam called the Vanguard. His sole appearance is in The New Teen Titans Annual #1

He and his team mates arrived on earth and appeared to abduct Superman. As it turned out, the Superman they kidnapped was actually a Superman robot. The real one was recuperating after a battle with Brainiac. Black Nebulae (one of the Vanguard) was watching over him. The Teen Titans teamed up with the Vanguard, and when they got to the Vanguards ship, They discovered Black nebulae dead and Superman gone. Brainiac had attacked, Killed The Vanguard member, and Abducted Superman. The combined might of the Teen titans and the Vanguard proved too much for Brainiac and he fled. The Vanguard has not been seen since.
