The White-browed Chat-tyrant (Ochthoeca leucophrys) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
