Request reason: "This is a genuine apology for Sunholm, and I can guarantee NO MORE VANDALISM. I just emailed Sunfazer now, and he told me he's using different IPs now, and wants to say sorry. Would anyone be prepared to forgive?? He accepts wiki vandalism is not good, and wants help, as it says blocks are preventative rather than punitive in the policy. This is genuine, would you be prepared to help? Oh, and finally, I am not obsessed with Willy on Wheels or vandals. Please forgive me, and Sunholm, and m62manchester and everyone else."
