Neutrality tag was added without explanation but I cleaned up what I perceived as possible POV problems. I wrote the article quickly. If there is no further problems, meaning respond soon if there are, or fix them, I will remove the tag.A mcmurray 02:12, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
