[edit] Rat CIty nickname

From the moniker article, "moniker" is an adopted self-reference and "nickname" is given by others. It seems unlikely that White Center leaders adopted the name for themselves, but there are various theories as to its origin (see, e.g., the Rat City Rollergirls FAQ). [edit] Crime Stats

Can someone provide a source for the assertion that "White Center is King County's most crime-ridden neighborhood."? That way we can monitor it and pass along the title to other deserving neighborhoods as such statistics change. Lupinelawyer 13:57, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
