[edit] People who aren't white in White Bear

Hey. I updated this thing to take into account the fact that everyone in the city isn't of the caucasian persuasion. I think the phrasing is a little awkward so feel free to edit it. And hey, does the township count as the city, because I know a few Native Americans who live out there.
