This media was proposed for deletion as a replaceable non-free content. The result was to Keep the image, as no adequate free-licensed image exists or can be created to fulfill the limited role performed by this image at the time deletion was considered. From left, Caitlin Cary and Ryan Adams, the only members of seminal alt-country band Whiskeytown who were active throughout the band's entire 1994-1999 history. Both have gone onto successful solo careers.

The use of this image in Whiskeytown qualifies as fair use, because;

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this subject,
2. The image is being used for informational purposes only,
3. The image is being used to illustrate the subject of the article,
4. This copy of the image is of a low resolution,
5. The use of this image in the article has no commercial impact, since this is a promotional image for a band which is no longer together.
