This image, While_the_Light_Lasts_First_Edition_Cover_1997.jpg is being uploaded here; The image is the cover of the front of the dustwrapper of the 1997 first edition published in the United Kingdom. The dustwrapper was issued and is still owned by Harper Collins. Though the picture is subject to copyright I (JohnTomlinson) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because the use of a single cover "to illustrate an article discussing the book in question" is allowed. The image has been scanned by myself from a facsimile cover held in my possession and has then been reduced in size and cropped to prevent further facsimilies being made. The artist of the illustration is Geoffrey Appleton. No other information about the artist is known. This scan is purely for linking to the Wikipedia article on the novel While the Light Lasts and Other Stories by Agatha Christie and no other use should be made of it.
