I noted your message on my talk page. If you'd like, enable e-mail and we can talk some more about your ancestry and the events taking place over in this part of the world; as you may have noticed, i live in Taiwan and have gotten to know quite a few native filipinos over the years. My own interest is mainly in local aboriginal cultures, but they have close ties to the Philippines. For my part, i'm planning another trip over to those islands sometime later this year.

We embattled few over there on that page also much appreciate your gesture. Thanks. Stone put to sky (talk) 09:35, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

I think I am going to return to music articles, I am not sure the proper procedure around here, but I can see myself flipping out over someone asking me who said X, instead of reading the document themselves, what am I a grade school teacher? Its ludicrous. --WheezyF (talk) 13:54, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

I totally understand where you're coming from. Sometimes, the people who post here are much less interested in doing quality, informative work and much more interested in forcing others to see the world the way they do.

You're doing a fine job on the page. I'm taking a break for the night -- a promise to my wife -- but i'll be back tomorrow to give you more support. Just make sure that, under no circumstances, you ever make any explicit suggestions about what the other person is thinking nor make any overt insults. Other than that -- so long as what you say isn't obviously interpreted as an insult -- anything you say or criticize is fair game.

The point of attack on that page will be to say that sources there make "synthetic" arguments; i've explained how that should be interpreted, and i think you've already grasped the basics. The intent of the rule is to keep people from making their own conclusions about the material presented as sources. The way folks over on that page use it, however, is to insist that no source ever be included unless it explicitly states the U.S. is guilty of State Terror.

Obviously, that's a radical and unsupported interpretation.

If you have any other questions then feel free to e-mail me. You can get the address on my user page.

We're glad to have your support. Personally, i just stopped by after the nightly movie to see if anything had changed and noticed your participation. I'll be back tomorrow.

Ciao, and good luck --
