WHCE (91.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Pop Contemporary Hit Radio format. Licensed to Highland Springs, Virginia, USA, it serves the Richmond area. The station is currently owned by Henrico County Schools.

WHCE first signed on the air in 1980. In the late 1980's, under former instructor Mike Williams, the station had a hard rock format from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Many heavy metal artists that otherwise did not have exposure in the Richmond market were featured on the station during this time.

The station produced several graduates who went on to professional broadcasting, such as Max Miller (class of 1988), who later worked on-air for WRXL radio and held management positions at Metro Traffic.
