"What the Hell Have I" is a single by grunge band Alice in Chains. It was first featured on the soundtrack to the 1993 Arnold Schwarzenegger film Last Action Hero.

The song was originally written for their breakthrough album Dirt, but was shelved at the time and used later for The Last Action Hero. Afterwards, it was released as a single in support of their 1993 Lollapalooza tour.

"What the Hell Have I" is memorable for Sean Kinney's unique drumming, along with its music video, in which singer Layne Staley's face is reflected on him with different expressions.
