What is a Juggalo is a song by the Horrorcore/Rap group Insane Clown Posse. It appears on The Great Milenko. The song is the first attempt to explain what a juggalo is (a word that had been mentioned on every previous album since Ringmaster). The song describes a man that is obviously void of sanity, implying that a juggalo is someone that does strange things or doesn't care what others think about his actions.
