What We Reflect is the debut and only album released by alternative metal band Scars of Life. Originally released on May 1st, the album would be re-released on August 9, 2005 through Rock Ridge Music. The album would feature 11 songs spanning the three previous recordings SOL had laid down, as well as a new track, entitled "Alone Inside" which was slated to be the album's first single. A music video was made for "Alone Inside," but shortly after the release of the album, vocalist Kyle Shapiro would quit and the band would change their name.
