A still from the Looney Tunes short What's Opera, Doc?. What's Opera, Doc? is copyright 1957 The Vitaphone Corp., Re. 1985 Warner Bros. Inc.
This is a single screenshot from What's Opera, Doc?, and it's used to illustrate our article on the short. As a single reduced-resolution screenshot of a random moment in the image, it constitutes an insignificant portion of the entire work. It's impossible to replace this with a free image, as a free replacement would not be illustrating the non-free original work.
This is used to give an example of Chuck Jones's animation work. As all of his work is non-free, it is impossible to come up with a free example. It is a single reduced resolution screenshot, and therefore constitutes an insignificant fraction of his work.
