Although this image is believed subject to copyright, this historical broadcast logo is considered covered by United States fair use laws because it is used to illustrate an educational article about the broadcast station represented. It presents a distinct element of the station's on-air identity as utilized for a lengthy period of its history, and a free content substitution was therefore impossible.
