Wetsoc

WETSOC is the informal name given to the Marine Science and Technology Society at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Its purpose is to organise social and educational events for the students of the Marine Science and Technology department.

The society was formed in 2004, when the Marine Science and Marine Technology Departments at Newcastle University merged to form the Marine Science and Technology Department (MaST for short). The current executive list (as of May 2008) is:
