Westport Plaza

Westport Plaza is a 42-acre, commerical development, resort, and entertainment center^[1] located in Maryland Heights. Westport opened in 1973^[2] and since has grown to over 700,000 square feet of offices buildings, restaraunts and entertainent venues, and hotels^[3]. The property is owned jointy by Chicago-based real estate company Golub & Co. LLC and Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.^[4] The entertaiment complex hosts many popular events over the year including: St. Louis Beer and Brat Fesival, lunchtime concerts, "Parties at the Plaza" events, and jazz concerts^[5].

Westport is located on Westport Plaza Dr. with easy connections to Page Ave near the I-270 and Page Ave. interchange in Maryland Heights. Metro operates bus routes in the Westport Plaza area^[8]. Future plans to extend the Metrolink lightrail west from clayton include a station at Westport^[9].
