Western Reserve High School (Berlin Center, Ohio)

Western Reserve High School is located on U.S. Route 224 in Berlin Center, Ohio, located in Mahoning County. It has an enrollment of approximately 300 students. The mascot is the Blue Devil. The school colors are blue, white, and red.

[edit] Lawsuit
- In 1997 the school system was sued over the devil mascot. The lawsuit attempted to force the school to change the mascot of the school claiming it violated her religious beliefs and was unfit as a mascot of a public school. The children of said parent were home schooled after a judge ruled the mascot was fine.

Jeffery Zatchok currently serves as the school's principal.

The Western Reserve Local School District has received an "Excellent" Rating from the state of Ohio for five consecutive years, beginning in the 2001-2002 school year.[citation needed]

- The Western Reserve Blue Devil football team won the Inter-Tri County League (ITCL) championship (Tier 2) during the 2006 football season. This is the first league championship since 1989.
- The Western Reserve Blue Devil golf team won the Inter-County League Championship (tier 2) during the 2006 golf season.
