The Western Emerald (Chlorostilbon melanorhynchus) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and heavily degraded former forest.
