Westerly Downtown Historic District is an historic district on Railroad Avenue., High, Canal, Broad, Union, and Main Streets in Westerly, Rhode Island.

The district features various revivals, late-Victorian and Art Deco buildings and was added to the National Historic Register in 1984.
