West Virginia Route 41 is a north-south state highway in central West Virginia. The southern terminus of the route is at West Virginia Route 210 in Beckley. The northern terminus is at West Virginia Route 55 one mile west of Calvin.
WV 41 follows the route of U.S. Route 19 prior to the construction of Corridor L.
