West Richmond is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Richmond, on the Epping and Hurstbridge railway lines. West Richmond station is unmanned and is in Metcard Zone 1.
[edit] Facilities
The station is located between Highett Street and Jika Place, with access from both. The railway line between the station and Jolimont passes though two short tunnels at the UP end of the station.
The station consists of two side platforms. Platform 1 contains a large brick building while platform 2 contains a small brick building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.
