Springdale Shopping Center, Colonial Bel-Air Mall, the "other numerous shopping plazas", Spring Hill College, and the University of South Alabama are all within the city limits of Mobile, Alabama. The only unincorporated areas are west of Schillinger Road and aren't even discussed in this article. This article should be deleted as it is unreferenced and untrue.
