WENDOLYN LOZANO-TOVAR (Mexico) Born in 1973. Poet and narrator. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law by Universidad Iberoamericana. She’s taken creative writing courses at University of Toronto as well as [[Casa Lamm]] and has belonged to workshops directed by Hugo Gutiérrez Vega, Maricruz Patiño, Iván Portela and Antonio Tenorio Muñoz Cota.
Wendolyn has conducted creative writing workshops in both Mexico and Canada. In 2004, the Muskoka Novel Marathon short-listed her novel Pirófono.
She has been speaker at The Women of the World Lecture Series organized by the Modern & Classical Languages Department in St. Thomas University (Houston) and at the conference of the Southwest Council of Latin American Studies (Dallas), in 2006.
Her poems and short stories have appeared in literary magazines such as [[El Universo del Buho]] and Literal Latin American Voices.
She has published Tiempo de Agua, Literal Publishing, 2007 (ISBN: 978-0-9770287-3-3).
