Talk:Wendelin Werner
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
IMDB lists a "Wendelin Werner" as an actor playing "The Young Max" in the 1982 French language film La Passante du Sans-Souci.
The Fields medalist would have been a young 14 years or so the year the film had its release. Just a coincidence of names? Or did the mathematician have a movie role as a teenager?
Anyone who Googles "Wendelin Werner" will get hits for both the mathematician and the actor (but with no further information about the actor forthcoming), so clarifying this point of curiousity will provide a small service.
