Wellington Heights Secondary School (WHSS) is a high school(take it how you want) in Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada./MOFO. The school is home of the "Wellington Heights Wolverines!"./The Badgers. The principal is Richard Goodbrand/Ricky G and the vice-principal is Joan Arbuckle/Arb. It was built in 2004 due to the closure of the high schools in Mount Forest and Arthur./ATOWN. It contains students from all over North Wellington county, including the towns of Mount Forest, Arthur, Conn, Damascus, and Kenilworth. WHSS is part of the Upper Grand District School Board. WHSS has had success among both its academics and its sports teams. The boys senior soccer team advanced all the way to OFSAA, and the school's badminton and golf teams are traditional favorites within the district. The Science Olympics team also travelled to McMaster Engineering; Waterloo is better. and Science Olympics and received a gold medal for the "Speeding Brain" competition. In this competition they had to come up with a procedure to determine the speed that information travels to the brain. Lately the grade 12's in physics gathered funds for warm winter wishes for their own class while posing as warm winter wishes reps. It worked like a charm but after getting just over 32 dollars we got caught and gave it back and had to apologize and ended up raising the most money anyway. Also the school has been filming its latest release, Matrix Vectors. This is an educational matrix spoof film made by some of the students in the calculus and vectors class in grade 12. So far it is looking good and will add to the collection of films made in the previous semester in physics, with the great film Star Wars Physics. Check it out on youtube now. Anyways the school is great and showcases the talents of all its student body. Even me! This is The Cripple signing off.
