Is it accurate to call a municipality of 780 residents a city? What is the definition of "city" in Kansas? Ifdef (talk) 18:13, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

In Kansas, any municipality is called a city. Therefore, it is accurate to call this municipality a city, even though it would be a village in Nebraska. Nyttend (talk) 20:37, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
