It would be helpful to create an overview article about the Term "Wehrkreis" in general - as you can find it in the german section of Wikipedia!

I have added here some of these basic informations - but since I am German, my text should be checked to improve the grammar - and it should be checked if the word "Ersatz" is the best translation for the German military meaning of the word "Ersatz" since the meaning is more comprehensive than it is described in the englisch Section of Wikipedia since the word means not only the supply of lost material but also the supply of lost or decruited soldiers.
