I dispute that Wednesday's middle name is Thursday. I have seen info to the contrary in the series itself.

There is an episode where Wednesday is missing, and Morticia calls the police to report her as missing. Morticia: My little girl is missing. Police chief: What's her name? Morticia: Wednesday. Police chief: Wednesday? What's her middle name, Thursday? Morticia: No, actually, it's Friday. Police chief: So you're saying her name is, Wednesday Friday Addams? Morticia: That's right.

I was at a trivia night last night where this question came up, and our table got it wrong according to the judges. The winning table got it right. I raised it with the judges and they accepted the protest, but as I pointed out, it would not have made a difference to our result, we would have lost by 1 point instead of 3. -Bricks J. Update: I just did a search on the Web for "wednesday friday addams" and, lo and behold, 199,000 hits in Google, including IMDB.

I took a look at the rhyme said to have given Wednesday her name, and found that the version from 1887 exchanged the description for Wednesday and Friday. Could that be the reason for her middle name? 83.177.66.212 21:28, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
