Rationale added. I've never done one of these, please modify as appropriate. I think that this could be used for the other WED logos if they need rationales, with the date and section links changes. It would seem desirable to have this template come up automatically as part of the upload process for images.--Hjal 17:22, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
