Web Services in Learning (WSIL)

Facilitated by Steven Forth, WSIL is a forum for vendors in the eLearning space (and related industries) to jointly propose/develop a library of standard web services. Members include ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning), AICC (CBT), HR-XML, Microsoft, Oracle Corporation, Plateau, Rustici, Saba Software, SAP AG, SkillSoft and SumTotal.
