Webintelligence is the step between Webanalytics and Marketing Intelligence.
Webanalytics is mainly focussing on the website, while Webintelligence is focussing on the customer.
The goal of webintelligence is to retrieve information about the customer decision process, customer needs and customer behaviour.
Retrieving this information gives Marketing Intelligence the opportunity to improve their predicitive models and to create a serious customer view.
