From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
| Welcome Webster5 Hi there Webster5. Welcome to Wikipedia, its always good to see new users. When you get a chance, drop us a note at Wikipedia:New user log to introduce yourself! You might also like to put a short introduction on your user page so that other wikipedians can get to know you. |
| I saw you edited the article Public Citizen to add a picture to the article. Thats great, not enough Wikipedia articles have valid pictures to go with them and any additions are greatfully appreciated. By the way you might like to add a comment to your edits in the future (the text box at the bottom of the edit screen) so that others can see at a glance the changes you have made. Anyway, here is a short section with some information you might find useful, welcome to wikipedia, keep up the good work! |

Signing your name is important on talk pages because it helps people get in touch with you. Also remember to indent each of your comments using : so that other users can follow the flow of discussions As well as editing wikipedia you could also think about taking part in many other essential activities that make wikipedia a friendly place. For example you could welcome new users to wikipedia (for this you are could use my welcome templates here) or you could try mediating discussions between other users. [edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Pctiny4.gif
Thank you for uploading Image:Pctiny4.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 15:31, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
