[edit] Bolt and Manne at Stolen Generation, etc

Rather than try to resolve the Bolt Manne discussion in the Stolen Generation article I have moved the to and fro about their interaction to Talk:Stolen_Generation#Unencyclopaedic_content_moved_from_article_.22Bolt_said-wrote-claimed.2FManne_said-wrote-claimed.22.
