[edit] Louisa Lytton
I keep removing the link because Wikipedia is not a collection of links, especially not to blog and forum sites. See Wikipedia:External links for the guidelines. That's why I keep removing it (also because each time it has been added, it's not been added properly) Stephenb (Talk) 11:26, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
- The point is that it is not an appropriate link for Wikipedia - (links to) fan forums are not sources of information that an encyclopedia needs to list. I see some other user has now removed the link again. Stephenb (Talk) 18:58, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Schofield site
Sorry for removing the link, it seemed unofficial because it redirected for some reason. I won't remove it again, but if its official, why does it not say this on the home page? Don't take it the wrong way, but the site feels very UN-official..."I created this website as I have been a big fan of Phillip Schofield since I was about 8 years old"...etc. I think this is no more than a fan site, i don't see what justifies it as 'official'. Just because Phillip Schofield is 'involved' with the site (i can see he probably responds to forum questions from time or time or something) doesn't make it official. So you might consider renaming the link to 'fansite' or similar, or stating on the website that it's official. Anyway, that's just my opinion. NOTE: I don't actually care about Phillip Schofield, or his page, you can do what you want with it. I was simply trying to improve the page for the benefit of wikipedia. They'll be no edit wars here...
