Talk:Weatherhead School of Management
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Are the rankings by mentioned sources really essential enough to be mentioned here?
Is someone going to talk about the 2003 Hostage crisis at this school?
[edit] June 20 Revision
Ok, first big revision I have ever done. With that being said:
1) Tried to organize the programs by creating an Academic Programs section and placing all relevant information under it. I will go back to the Ph.D program section later as it is in need of attention.
2) Fleshed out the introductory paragraph more. Added information about strong programs (I will link to the actual ranking publications later to lend further credibility to the claim). Also fleshed out information about the Peter B. Lewis Building.
3) Reorganized the May 2003 Shooting section. Took a cue from the edits of the VTech article, and made it a sentence in the introductory paragraph. I will also create a small stub about the actual shooter with all the information that was on the Weatherhead main site, so none of the original information is lost.Nap16 13:39, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] School Shooting
The 2003 shooting needs to have its own page. If we are to follow the example of the Virginia Tech article, the shooting needs to have its own page so that the school is no longer linked to the School Killings in the United States category. The Virginia Tech article mentions the shooter, but not by name, and only the article for the incident itself is linked in the category. Either that, or the article for the killer should be linked to the category, and this article should then be removed from the category listing. Any thoughts? Please contact me on my talk page if you have any suggestions for the proposed changes. SailorAlphaCentauri (talk) 19:06, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
