WDF World Cup darts
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The WDF World Cup is a darts tournament held biennially since 1977. The tournament has a team championship, a pairs championship and a singles championship. All events have a men's competition, a women's competition (since 1983) and a youth competition (since 1999). The next World Cup is scheduled for October 10-13, 2007 to be held in the Netherlands.
The event used to be broadcast on ITV in the United Kingdom, but they ceased covering the tournament after the 1987 World Cup.
