I've added it. (I'm sure it will be useful for at least a few people, since otherwise certain nominations (that is, those that come late in the UTC day) might wind up being lost in the shuffle. I haven't seen anything similar to it anywhere else (one for just AfD does exist, but nothing covering (nearly) everything had existed.
