Flag of the Terran Confederation
This is the Flag of the Terran Confederation, which appears in the introductory movie of the Wing Commander movie.
Originally the image was in color, and larger, but I was unhappy with the jaggies and shrunk it. As for color, it was purely speculative, as the movie flag was in black and white.
