This logo is viable for posting under the "fair use" clause for the following reasons: 1. The use of this logo in no way hinders Wright Brand Foods, Inc. from either a marketing or production standpoint 2. The logo depicts my father, so no ill will is intended, obviously. 3. The logo as used in this article is informative in nature and holds with it no negative agenda against the Wright Brand Food company.
