Wayne Norman Phillips (born November 7, 1962 in Geelong, Victoria) is a former Australian and Victorian cricketer. A right-handed batsman he played first-class cricket for Victoria from 1988 to 1994. He has a single Test cap for the match against India at Perth in February 1992.
