Waverley Metal is an Ironworks, Steel & Aluminum company located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Originally all steel work was done at the plant on Marconi street. In the 1980's the company expanded to a new and still current location in St. Leonard on Marivaux street. In addition to steel and ironwork the company foresaw the popularity of aluminum products and created their Aluminix division. Aluminix manufactures aluminum balconies. The type of baclonies which are now commonly seen in new condo developments. The owner of Waverley Metal, Nick Pierni, is an Italo-Canadian originally from the province of Avellino, Italy. The company has been in business for over 45 years. Projects completed by the company include renovations to the Pierre Elilot Trudeau International airport and the Concordia University downtown library. The company currently employs a staff of 12-25 people.
