Watkins Mill Town Center is a transit oriented development proposed in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It is located on the north side of the Metropolitan Grove MARC station, which will also be a stop along the Corridor Cities Transitway once it is built.
The Town Center covers approximately 200 acres (0.81 km²) and includes nearly 4,500,000 square feet (418,000 m²) of office, hotel, restaurants, retail and residential development [1].
