Waterfront Media is a dot-com publisher of the Everyday Health Network, a large online health property. Through its network of sites, including the flagship EverydayHealth.com, Waterfront Media is currently encurage consumers to manage their health online. The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. EverydayHealth.com was launched in 2006. The company also publishes over a dozen free email newsletters.


Originally known as Agora Media, Waterfront Media was co-founded by Ben Wolin and Mike Keriakos. They built websites for self-help brands and experts on topics like dieting, health, personal finance, and religion. The company first saw success with a website for The South Beach Diet, and attracted attention from a number of investors. After an influx of capital from Rho Capital, Village Ventures, and Time Warner Ventures, the company was renamed Waterfront Media.
